These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of KitFront. By accessing or using KitFront, creating an account, or purchasing a paid plan, you agree to these Terms, our License, and the related policies that apply to your use or purchase. If you do not agree, do not use KitFront.

1. Operator and About KitFront
KitFront is operated by Deepak Verma, an individual based in India. In these Terms, “KitFront,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the KitFront product and service operated by Deepak Verma.
KitFront provides reusable website sections, components, Starter Kit resources, code examples, previews, documentation, and related digital resources for developers, freelancers, agencies, learners, and businesses.
KitFront is a digital product and software resource library. It is not a custom development service unless we separately agree otherwise in writing.
2. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms apply whenever you access or use KitFront. Our License governs how KitFront resources may be used, our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information, and our Refund Policy governs refund requests.
If you use KitFront on behalf of a business, agency, client, or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
3. Age and Legal Capacity
KitFront may be used by people of different ages, including people learning or building websites.
If you are not legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction, any purchase or use that requires such an agreement must be made with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
4. Accounts
Some KitFront features require an account. You agree to provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
Your account is for your own use and must not be shared. You are responsible for activity performed through your account, subject to applicable law.
Team plans provide separate seats for separate accounts. They do not permit Team members to share one account or login credentials.
We may suspend or restrict an account where there is reasonable evidence of account sharing, fraud, abuse, unauthorized redistribution, a License violation, misuse of the service, or another material violation of these Terms.
5. Current Plans
KitFront currently offers:
- Free access
- Individual Yearly
- Individual Lifetime
- Team Yearly
- Team Lifetime
Paid plans provide access to premium KitFront resources according to the applicable plan and the KitFront License. Plan features, limits, resource availability, and pricing may change over time as described in these Terms.
6. Individual Plans
Individual Yearly and Individual Lifetime plans are intended for one user. The account and paid access may not be shared with another person.
Usage rights for sections, components, Starter Kit resources, code, and other KitFront resources are governed by our License.
7. Team Plans
KitFront offers Team Yearly and Team Lifetime plans. Each Team plan includes a maximum of five seats in total, including the Team owner.
Each Team member must use their own KitFront account. A Team account or login credentials may not be shared between members or with anyone else.
The Team owner may invite and remove members through KitFront's Team functionality and is responsible for managing Team membership and invitations. A pending invitation may reserve one of the five available Team seats.
If a member is removed, leaves the Team, or otherwise loses the Team entitlement, the Pro access provided through that Team ends. Billing and subscription management for a Team plan belong to the Team owner or purchaser.
Detailed rights concerning KitFront resources and existing projects after Team access ends are governed by our License.
8. Yearly Subscriptions, Renewals, and Cancellation
Individual Yearly and Team Yearly are recurring subscription plans. They automatically renew unless canceled before the applicable renewal date. By purchasing a Yearly plan, you authorize recurring charges according to the subscription and checkout terms presented at purchase.
You may cancel a Yearly subscription to prevent future renewals. Cancellation does not normally end access immediately.
After cancellation, paid access normally continues until the end of the already-paid billing period unless a refund is issued, the account is terminated for a material violation of these Terms or the License, or applicable law or payment-provider rules require otherwise.
At the end of the paid period, access to paid KitFront resources ends unless the subscription is renewed. Rights relating to existing projects after expiration are governed by the License.
9. Pricing Changes
KitFront may change pricing for future purchases. A completed Lifetime purchase will not be converted into a recurring subscription merely because pricing changes.
For recurring Yearly subscriptions, KitFront may change future renewal pricing. Any renewal-price change will be communicated or applied in accordance with applicable law and the requirements of the billing platform. These Terms do not guarantee permanently fixed or grandfathered renewal pricing.
10. Lifetime Plans
A KitFront Lifetime plan means access for the commercial lifetime of the KitFront product or service, subject to these Terms and the License. It does not mean the purchaser's biological lifetime.
An Individual Lifetime or Team Lifetime purchase is a one-time purchase and is not a recurring subscription.
Lifetime access does not guarantee that KitFront will operate forever or that every current feature, resource, dependency, integration, framework version, or third-party service will remain available or unchanged forever. KitFront may evolve over time.
A Lifetime plan applies to the KitFront product and access included with that purchase. Separate future products, services, platforms, add-ons, or offerings are not automatically included unless KitFront explicitly states otherwise.
11. Payments, Lemon Squeezy, and Taxes
Lemon Squeezy acts as the merchant of record for paid KitFront transactions.
Payments, applicable taxes, billing information, invoices, subscription processing, and related transactions are handled by Lemon Squeezy according to its applicable terms and policies. KitFront does not directly store full payment-card details handled by the payment provider.
Prices or checkout totals may include or calculate applicable taxes according to the payment provider's checkout configuration and the applicable jurisdiction.
12. Refunds and the Difference Between Cancellation and Refund
Refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy and applicable law.
Cancellation prevents future Yearly renewals and normally allows access through the already-paid billing period. A refund is a separate process and may result in paid access being revoked.
If you believe there has been a billing error, duplicate charge, or technical access problem, contact us at support@kitfront.com so we can review it.
13. Licensed Resources
Use of KitFront sections, components, Starter Kit resources, code, and other downloadable or copyable resources is governed by our License. Purchasing a plan grants access and usage rights according to that License; it does not transfer ownership of KitFront's underlying intellectual property.
You may create personal, commercial, and client projects as permitted by the License. Detailed permitted uses, redistribution restrictions, and builder or generator restrictions are stated there.
14. Intellectual Property and Your Content
KitFront retains ownership of its original product, website, branding, designs, section and component library, Starter Kit, documentation, original code and resources, and other protected materials.
You retain ownership of your original content and completed work, subject to KitFront retaining its rights in the underlying KitFront resources.
If you send suggestions, feedback, or ideas, you allow us to use them to improve KitFront without owing compensation or attribution.
15. Project Responsibility
You are responsible for the projects you build with KitFront resources, including testing, accessibility, performance, security, legal compliance, and suitability for your use case.
KitFront resources are starting points and examples. You should review, customize, and test code before using it in production.
16. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- share an account or login credentials
- attempt unauthorized access to KitFront, user accounts, systems, APIs, or infrastructure
- attempt to bypass paid-access restrictions or other access controls
- commit fraud or abuse the service
- redistribute KitFront resources without authorization or otherwise violate the License
- interfere with the service, its security, availability, rate limits, or performance
- use KitFront in a way that violates applicable law
17. Third-Party Services
KitFront uses or may rely on third-party services, libraries, integrations, hosting providers, payment providers, analytics services, email services, and frontend dependencies.
Independent third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies. KitFront does not guarantee their permanent availability or that their behavior, features, or compatibility will remain unchanged.
18. Product Changes
KitFront may improve, modify, replace, add, or remove sections, resources, features, dependencies, integrations, Starter Kit functionality, framework versions, or other parts of the service over time.
A particular section, component, feature, dependency, integration, framework version, or third-party service is not guaranteed to remain permanently available or unchanged. Product changes do not by themselves convert or remove an entire paid entitlement contrary to the plan that was purchased.
19. Service Availability
We aim to keep KitFront useful and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, updates, hosting or service outages, third-party providers, technical problems, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
20. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share personal information.
21. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by applicable law, KitFront is provided on an “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that every resource will fit every project, that copied code will require no modification, that every third-party dependency will always work, or that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free. You should review, customize, and test resources for your own use case.
22. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KitFront and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost business opportunities, business interruption, or loss of data.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, total liability for any claim related to KitFront will not exceed the amount you paid to KitFront during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
23. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold KitFront and its operator harmless from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your projects, your material violation of these Terms or the License, or your unauthorized misuse or redistribution of KitFront resources.
24. Suspension and Termination
KitFront may suspend or terminate access for a material violation of these Terms, the License, payment obligations, security requirements, or applicable law.
Where appropriate, we may investigate or provide an opportunity to resolve a violation before permanent termination. We may act without prior notice where reasonably necessary in cases involving fraud, security risks, illegal activity, or serious abuse.
After termination, your right to access paid resources ends. Rights concerning projects legitimately created before access ended remain governed by the License. Provisions that by their nature should continue will remain in effect, including ownership, license restrictions, disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnity.
25. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as KitFront, its plans, applicable laws, or supporting services evolve. When we do, we will update the Last updated date and provide notice of material changes where appropriate or legally required.
Continued use after updated Terms take effect may constitute acceptance where permitted by applicable law.
26. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
